Busisiwe and Her Two Children
Once upon a time there lived a very poor woman and she lived in the streets. She lived so badly and she had two children. Their names were Ayanda and Luyanda and Ayanda was the eldest one. Luyanda’s mother said to Luyanda, ‘Do you want to go to pre-school.’
Luyanda asked his mom, ‘What is pre-school?’
His mother said, ‘No don’t worry, pre-school is a crèche.’
Luyanda said, ‘Yes.’ His mother was very happy.
She turned her back and said, ‘Where is Ayanda?’ She felt so sad and she ran and ran but she could not find Ayanda for three years and Ayanda was found by another woman who said, ‘What grade are you in?’
He told her, ‘I am in Grade 7.’
She said, ‘I can take you in my own school.’ He thanked her and cried and cried. He thanked the lord. That woman bought him a uniform. He got dressed and went to his class and he passed Matric and went to university.
